DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Do pitchings to potential partners
- Negotiate & build relationship with external partners
- Being a key contact point to coordinate day to day operation requirements or issue
- Liaise with legal to draft contracts with partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience as Account Management, Relationship Management, or Partner Management
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Excellent with Ms. Excel / Google Sheets / Power Point / Google Slide
- Experience in assisting in legal documents signing / drafting process
- Contract-based and willing to be placed in South Jakarta
