The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Monitor deliveries according to agreed schedule and Health Safety Environment (HSE) requirements
- Monitor unit condition to maintain good fleet condition
- Set Middle Mile (MM) costs according to fleet and HSE
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- Minimum 0-1 years of working experience in transportation, logistics and supply chain environment with last active position as coordinator (preferably as transportation coordinator)
- Willing to work in contract-based position
- Willing to be and located in Jember and relocated
