Office Manager

In this role you will be responsible for PT Nusantara Medical Solutions sales territory (Jakarta), selling medical device products. You will manage a regional distributor network and engage with surgeons and other healthcare professionals. You are also will need to oversee the completion of various administrative/operation tasks which include managing sales records, handling payrolls, billings and office budgets and etc.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Business development and identification of leads, end-users, and hospital accounts.
- Strategizing and planning for market expansion in the hospital sector in the region.
- Driving marketing activities for product awareness and providing marketing support for distributors.
- Conducting CME (continuous medical education) events targeted towards healthcare professionals.
- Developing a strong network of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to partner with in the assigned therapeutic area.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieving overall yearly commercial revenue targets.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biomedical science, medicine, physiotherapy or any related discipline.
- Extensive experience in medical devices sales, particularly in medical devices/surgical products.
- Strong existing hospital and KOL network, with a regional network being a key factor.
- Proven sales track record and a history of achieving commercial results.
- Experience in managing distributors and channel partners is a must.
- Analytical mindset and good planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region & overseas as and when needed.
- Must poses own transport and able to travel.
**Salary Range: IDR 6,000,000.00 and above per month - depend on qualifications and experiences.**
**Benefit: Allowance, Commission, Incentive, Performance Bonus, BPJS.**
