**Your mission**
Here at aCommerce, we are looking for superstar Head of People Partner to join our team, someone who wants to share in our vision to develop effective leaders and promote a high performing collaborative culture.
You would have experience partnering with business and functional leaders and will be a strategic practitioner who is a strong influencer and is able to build strong and lasting relationships with all stakeholders.

**Your day-to-day**
**Strategic People Partner**:
- Partner with business leaders to develop business objectives and plans. Interpret the HR enablers that are necessary to deliver the business results.
- Drive the horizontal alignment of objectives, work and communications across the organization by working closely with human resources leaders in various geographies and parts of the company.
**HR Leadership**:
- Improve People capability by partnering with other members of the Regional people team to develop and implement new and/or improved programs and processes.
- Bring new People expertise and capability and participate in the on-going development of the human resources strategic direction for the business and company
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Key focus on building a high performance organization through leading cultural change and designing and implementing key people processes.
- Consults with, influences and partners with functional leaders and managers on people needs to enable delivery of business objectives
- Supports newly defined business strategies related to people needs (e.g., Identification of Senior Talent / succession planning etc)
- Liaises with Business and Leadership in order to resolve highly complex issues and challenges
- Understanding of both blue collar workforce management
- Oversees implementation of defined HR strategies into regionally/locally applicable action plans and monitors progress
- Oversees support of all HR policies and services, including required changes and ensures compliance of the business unit
- Advises and oversees resource management
- Oversees design and implementation of communications to local team regarding HR initiatives
- In partnership with Finance and Legal, ensures compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements
**Your qualifications**
- Strong business acumen and planning skills including strategic thinking, yet deliver critical day to day operations
- High commercial acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into people priorities
- Extensive knowledge of the business, and company policies, procedures and culture
- A demonstrable results orientation in combination with a laser focus on critical business issues. Ability to seek to match effective HR strategies with business goals. Must have the ability to articulate a practical vision for change as well as the ROI for HR initiatives
- Deep HR expertise including organizational behavior, change management, business planning, policy implementation, and communication, people strategy development, resource management, and program management
- Ability to build partnerships with executive level leadership, mid-level managers, and front-line employees. Ability to quickly build trust and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Will act as an HR advisor to management and provide relevant feedback acting as the bridge between the businesses and corporate center
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills
- Fluent in both English & Bahasa
