Institutional Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**What You Will Do**
- Formulate, implement and oversee the overall marketing strategy to the related institutional business and manage aspects related to the sustainability of the managed funds, and to increase the size of assets within the timeline.
- Conduct new business exploration of B2B through active approach direct distribution channels such as pension funds, insurance companies, etc.
- Ensuring operational and legal aspects related to business relationships are maintained thoroughly and comprehensively such as Due Diligence Reports, Distribution Agreements, Operational Notes
- Liaising with existing and potential institutional investors investing in the capital markets through the B2C by identifying their investment needs through an Asset Management structure and thereby providing investment solutions.
- Periodically managing relationships with existing related parties such as distributors banks, insurance companies, pension funds, foundations while continuously building new ones to expand our B2B and B2C client base
Qualifications:
**What You Will Need**
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in related field
- Hold WMI / WPPE / WPEE / WAPERD is a must
- Bachelor’s degree from the reputable University
- Solid working experience in investment management preferably in sizeable financial institutions with strong investment products knowledge
- Have logical and critical thinking processes to improve or establish new initiatives or challenge existing ones
- Strong business sense, having a good understanding of industry and trends, and being attentive to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced regional-based environment.
- Craving for challenging assignments and having a high drive to establish projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
