- Melayani pertanyaan, komplain dari customer dan mitra perusahaan

- Mengumpulkan feedback dari customer dan mitra, mengamati permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh customer dan mitra
- Melakukan tugas-tugas administratif terkait dengan akun para mitra

**Kualifikasi**:

- Min D3/S1 semua jurusan dengan IPK 2,75
- Skill komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan memiliki artikulasi jelas
- Berpengalaman di bidang customer service (diutamakan)
- Berpengalaman di bidang sales
- Keterampilan mengetik dengan WPM 50 & Akurasi 90%
- Memiliki rasa empati
- Vaksinasi mínimal sudah Dosis 2
- Energik dan lincah
- Freshgraduate dipersilahkan melamar
- Detail-oriented
- Adaptif dengan perubahan yang dinamis
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan komunikasi pasif mínimal
