Job Responsibilities:
1. Store Manager Responsibility System: The store manager is fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the store.
2. Responsible for the personnel management of the store, including shift scheduling, attendance, management of office behavior norms, discipline, and compliance with regulations.
3. Coordinate and handle various issues such as the dispatching and arrangement of service personnel in the store and the coordination and connection of related work.
4. Do a good job in business services and provide daily training and guidance for employees.
5. Maintain a good relationship with customers, properly handle customer complaints and various contradictions arising in the service work. The performance of the managed store should be steadily improved, and the performance indicators assigned by the company should be completed.
