This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, facilitate effective employee communication, and manage HR operational risks within the organization.

- **Employee Engagement**
- developing and executing companywide employee engagement strategy
- collaborating with Human Resources (HR) business partners and business leaders to identify and address employee engagement challenges
- analyzing employee engagement data, including survey results, to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions and facilitating action plan post employee engagement survey with respective business leaders
- delivering organization development and talent initiatives
- providing administrative support to the Organization Development and Talent team
- **Employee Communication**
- developing and maintaining effective internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and town hall meetings
- ensuring timely and transparent communication of valuable information, policies, and changes to employees
- collaborating with business leaders to enhance cross-functional communication
- **HR Operational Risk Management**
- identifying and assess potential operational risks that may impact employee engagement and productivity
- developing and implement risk mitigation strategies in HR area
- collaborating with the risk management team to ensure alignment with the organization's overall risk management framework
