Melakukan Training Need Analysis (TNA) dengan cara wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner, mereview, dan membuat design program berdasarkan hasil TNA.
Membuat kebijakan terkait program training dan menyosialisasikan program training.
Menyusun materi, membuat silabus, mengkonfirmasi materi training dengan user terkait, membuat jadwal training dan membuat timeline training.
Mereview dan mengembangkan modul training mandatory in-class.
Mereview dan mengkonfirmasi modul training dan bahan post-test kepada user.
Menganalisis materi e-learning, melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan user terkait, melakukan pengembangan dan mengunggah materi serta bahan post-test ke Learning Management System (LMS).
Membuat editorial plan konten media sosial, membuat konten, dan mengunggah ke social media.
Mencari vendor training sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan dan mengurus kelengkapan berkas kerja sama dengan vendor.
Mengupload, membuat sosialisasi, memastikan konten di Learning Management System (LMS) dapat diakses.
Minimal 1 - 2 tahun menjabat sebagai Learning Development Officer atau berkaitan dengan training.
