**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:

- Demonstrate understanding of the media landscape and business challenges and begin to contribute ideas on how to improve on current situation.

**In six months**:

- Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges.

**In 12 months**:

- Mentor new Planners and assist in leading a small-scale project (identify need, formulate idea into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager).

**What your day job looks like at GroupM**:

- Make annual, quarterly, monthly media & promotion plans in line with brands’ annual marketing/sales plans and conduct execution & optimization based on performance results and sales ROI.
- Make monthly, quarterly, annual performance analysis and headroom reviews and give recommendations including A/B testing for next eCommerce and digital campaign.
- Have regular sales performance review meetings with clients, in which assess EC and digital campaign and EC promotion activities and provide insights/recommendation/action plans by analysing and reviewing traffic by T/P and its sales trends correlation.
- Build good relationship and work closely with clients and media partner.
- Work with brand media planners/ digital trading managers to ensure all buys and placements fit the overall strategy
- Media budget management and tracking

***What you’ll bring**:

- Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to conceive strategy and drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Innovative and creative - continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes
- Commercially focused with a strong sense of customer behaviour
- Strong verbal and written communication skills / English is preferred
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

***Minimum qualifications**:

- Around/above 5 yrs experience in digital agency or digital marketing area
- Experience in data analysis and developing strategies based on data
- Experience with new/emerging media, a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- English communication (reading and writing)
