**In this position you will...**

In-charge all aspects of general administration, procurement/vendor activities and documentation management, ensuring service level is maintained at all times as well as actively participate in assisting activities related to the department.

**You will be responsible for..**

Facility
- Office facility budgeting (includes manage office lease payment monitoring and implementation)
- Assets management and all facilities maintaining
- Vehicle permit and vehicle maintaining
- Operational and permits related to governments
- Handling administrations related to business card, print ID card and employee uniforms
- Building services (renovation, AC, workstation, meeting room)
- Handling office services (cleaning service, office boy, receptionist, security, outsourcing management, stationary, photocopy)
- Handling Health Safety Environment and Office Building
- Safety training and communication to staffs
- Onboarding new staff equipment (Stationary, ID card, uniform, parking letter acknowledgement, business card)
- Manage all access and communication related to building management
- Ad hoc items relate to office facility and office management

General Affair
- Handling and maintaining vendor and suppliers for rent, includes payment monitoring as required
- Document delivery and manage documentation required process in mailing room
- Manage and ensure vendor agreement up to date
- External relation with agencies and vendor related
- Creating and developing SOP related with general affair
- Ad hoc item that includes in office management process
- Handling office operational and staff event activity

**You will require the following qualification and skills...**
- Must possess at least Diploma Degree in Human Resource, Management, and equivalent
- Prefer good communication in English
- Minimal 3 years’ experience handle general affair and office facility
- Having maintenance skill would be advantage
- Good networking with outsourcing and other vendors
- Capable in managing general affair budget
- K3 Certification ownership is advantage
