**About the Company**:
Our client is a well established global MNC healthcare company with various product portfolios across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive, execute and achieve country target plan by product categories (analyzers, reagents & others)
- Work closely with the distributor to acquire new accounts across the region
- Great network of leaders, professional bodies and government agencies’ across the region within Indonesia
- Guide and provide product support (sales, marketing & technical) to distributors’ team to ease the sales cycle process
- Collaborate with internal divisions to leverage/synergies on existing business and to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with local laws, Compliance and regulations.
- Work as a liaison with global clinical and medical affairs to support the conduct of clinical trials and studies
- Overlook all aspects of health economics and create analytics to position the product as central to creating a sustainable healthcare model.
- Responsible for registration of new products and keeping track of regulatory updates in the country; work with local affiliates to ensure new product licences and registrations are obtained in a timely fashion.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in Healthcare industry, especially in Laboratory/Lifesicences/Diagnostics Equipments
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field
- Prior experience in selling similar products to similar KOLs and customers
- Possess a solid communication skills
- Able to adapt in fast-paced environment and work independently in a single contributor role.
- Work in a lean matrix organization
