Administration Support Specialist

**Requirements**:
1. Min Diploma or S1, preferably majoring in Accounting/Finance
2. Strong numerical/ mathematical and Excel skills
3. At least 1 years working experience, preferably in retail or startup environments
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite (G-Sheet GDocs)
5. Excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
**Job Descs**:
1. Assisting merchandising team in the onboarding new suppliers/partners
2. Monitor the end-to-end payment process, including receive all the related invoices and submit to related parties
3. Providing administration supports to Merchandising Team as needed smooth collaboration with Finance Team
