**What would you do in this role?**:
As a Program Manager of our ambassador program you will be responsible for overall development and management of a team of ambassadors who will contribute towards meeting sales targets.
- Responsible in scaling up the CoLearn's Ambassador Program by leading the Ambassador recruitment
- Lead and drive the engagement of CoLearn's Ambassador program
- Coach the Ambassador so that there's continuous improvement in the process
**About you**:
- Proven track record of community engagement at scale. Ability to do so both via offline and online events.
- Proven track record of recruiting at scale
- Proven track record of monitoring and driving key referral metrics such as K-Factor (Viral Co-efficient), Share Rates, Referral, Engagement, and Conversion Rates.
- Experience in working with micro-influencers
- Strong data driven sales approach

- You've had experience in EdTech
- You have experience working for a startup who have scaled 0 to1
- Technical expertise with CRMs, business intel platforms will be an added advantage
