**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Training Material Development: Collaborate with the training team to create and update training materials, presentations, and resources for different training programs.
- Support Training Coordination: Help organize and coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant communication.
- Participant Engagement: Interact with training participants to ensure a positive experience, answer inquiries, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Training Evaluation: Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
- Training Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participation, and evaluation data.
- Special Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects or initiatives aimed at improving the overall training process and experience.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Have experience in administration in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
