PT. Global Talentlytica Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang mengembangkan Platform Assessment Online, layanan software as service di bidang Human Resource yang berdiri sejak tahun 2019, Talentlytica sebelumnya merupakan salah satu brand product dari perusahaan PT. Gagas Daya Imaji yang berdiri sejak tahun 2007.
Talentlytica bergerak di jasa konsultan dan layanan di bidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Platform kami membantu Departemen HR untuk mengambil keputusan lebih baik menggunakan data dan analitik. Dengan dukungan ini HR dapat menjadi business partner yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Saat ini kami mencari kandidat yang memiliki semangat belajar yang tinggi, ingin membantu talent menemukan pekerjaan yang fit dengan diri mereka.
Umat manusia menghadapi ancaman sosial yang tidak terbayangkan sebelumnya. Industrial Revolution 4.0 atau dikenal juga sebagai Conceptual Age akan membuat automation dan artificial intelligence merubah bagaimana manusia hidup dan bekerja. Hal ini akan membuat Krisis tenaga kerja, dan dampaknya berbeda dengan revolusi yang terjadi sebelumnya. Pada revolusi sebelumnya membutuhkan waktu beberapa dekade dan generasi sebelum itu benar-benar terjadi secara menyeluruh.
Saat ini perubahan tersebut jauh lebih cepat dan sangat mungkin terjadi dalam satu rentang generasi bahkan lebih cepat. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan besar (sama seperti Climate Change, Sampah, Krisis Energy dlsb).
Support the Talent Scientist Team in creating assessment tools and reports for talent management and people analytics platforms
Assist in designing items, calculations, and report prototypes for updated and new assessment tools
Analyze test data using various psychometric approaches to support the technical manual
Engage in discussions about assessment development and validation with the talent scientist team
Manage people analytics projects as requested by clients
Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology; sixth-semester students are welcome to apply.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and statistical data analysis tools (such as SPSS, R Studio, JASP, Winsteps, Jamovi).
Understanding basic psychometry, such as validity and reliability
Enthusiasm for assessment development and data analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an eagerness to learn
