**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business objective.
- Oversee employee performance management process.
- Develop, and deliver training and development programs.
- Develop and implement career succession planning strategies to ensure an internal pipeline for critical roles.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities of the company's current talent management process.
- Partner with Business Leaders to drive talent initiative and support business strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Strong in Strategic thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development process.
- Exposure in Training need Analysis process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CHRMP, CHRP, or other related BNSP certification is a plus.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
