About the Role
As a Sales Account Director, you'll play a key role in driving growth within your market by maximizing revenue opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will lead account strategies, uncover new business opportunities, and craft compelling value propositions to elevate Ingenico's position as a fintech leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a market expert – Stay ahead of local payment trends, opportunities, threats, and competition.
- Drive new business – Identify and develop new opportunities, partnerships, and channels to accelerate growth.
- Strengthen client relationships – Build, manage, and grow an established client base, ensuring long-term success.
- Deliver results – Monitor and achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Be a trusted advisor – Understand clients' needs and craft tailored solutions that add value.
- Lead with insight – Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to position Ingenico as a trusted fintech partner.
What You Bring
Education: MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in Banking, Fintech, or the Payments industry. 2+ years in an Account Management role.
