We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to spearhead our offline marketing initiatives within the Food & Beverages industry. This role is responsible for designing and executing offline marketing strategies, brand activation programs, and impactful offline campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market presence.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Plan and implement brand activation initiatives, ensuring impactful customer experiences that drive brand loyalty.
  • Design and lead offline campaigns, including events, sponsorships, in-store promotions, and experiential marketing.
  • Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to optimize offline marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to enhance offline marketing activities.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of offline campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging offline marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (Marketing, Branding, Business, or Management preferred).
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in offline marketing roles within the FMCG, retail, tobacco, or food & beverages industries.
  • Proven experience in brand activation, event planning, and offline campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Able to communicate and negotiate to manage external partnerships and collaborations.
