Deloitte seeks a Manager to lead the Technology Strategy and Transformation team in Southeast Asia, driving growth and delivering innovative technology-enabled solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of the TS&T business in the region
  • Create, sell, and deliver TS&T solutions, including IT Strategy, Application & Systems Development, and IT Business Transformation
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients
  • Help clients solve critical information and technological challenges
  • Oversee project teams in research efforts and analytics
  • Develop and deliver innovative technology-enabled solutions
  • Work closely with mid- to senior-level stakeholders to provide status updates and progress reports
  • Lead the delivery of workshops with clients and provide subject matter expertise
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior IT leadership teams or business sponsors
  • Manage project economics and track project progress
  • Mentor team members to help them in their career progression

Requirements:

  • Good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience working in IT Implementation/IT consulting
  • Experience in advisory and implementation in IT Strategy, IT Transformation, IT Operations, and IT Optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure, and tight project timelines
  • Drive, tenacity, client-focused, and results-oriented
  • Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
