Job Summary: IT Consultant with Expertise in IT Strategy and Operations

Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled IT consultant to provide end-to-end advisory services to clients.

This role involves providing expert advice on IT strategy and operations, including IT governance, enterprise architecture, and IT service management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current IT trends and be able to work with clients to develop innovative technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end advisory services to clients, including IT strategy development and IT governance
  • Manage the assessment and business requirements gathering processes for IT projects
  • Engage with clients to validate technology-enabled solutions and provide quality assurance
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients and gain recognition in the marketplace for technical and advisory capabilities
  • Actively coach project teams and support senior team members in maintaining operational excellence
Requirements:
  • Good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines
  • Senior consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT management consulting
  • Expertise in IT strategy, IT transformation, IT operations, and IT optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight project timelines
  • Drive, tenacity, and client-focused approach
  • Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
  • Willingness to work outside of office base and travel for projects
