Deloitte is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead the SAP PP/QM team in Southeast Asia, driving growth and delivering SAP solutions to clients.

This role involves driving the growth of our SAP business in the region, creating, selling, and delivering SAP solutions, including functional and technical design, application and systems development, business transformation, and more.

  • Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
  • Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions
  • Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing their thinking in adopting leading/standard practices
  • Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
  • Perform SAP configuration and tests, developing specifications for development of forms/reports/interfaces
  • Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post-cutover
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for individuals with a good honors degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines, and relevant experience in SAP PP/QM Module.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PP/QM Module for Consultant role, with team leading experience a plus
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP PP/QM Module for Senior Consultant role, with team leading experience a plus
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA a plus
  • Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment
  • Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances, and leading practices in area of focus
  • Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solutions
  • Broad understanding of SAP design, appreciation of digital enterprise, and emerging technologies
  • Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
  • Willingness to work outside of office base and travel (both locally and abroad)
