Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our client. As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs.Identify new business opportunities and strategically position company's products and services to meet client requirements.Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion.Prepare and present regular reports on account status and sales forecasts to the management team.

The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the fragrance and flavor industry.Strong understanding of the market dynamics and trends in the industry.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
