Job Description- Analyze the performance of individual properties and portfolios, consolidating performance data to assess the overall health of the company's real estate assets.
- Benchmark performance against business plans, budgets, market conditions, and competitors to provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation models, cost-benefit analyses, and "what if" scenario planning for prospective deals, capital expenditure (CapEx), and operating expenses (OpEx).
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of financial models to reflect market changes and portfolio adjustments.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process by preparing proposed budgets and business plans for various portfolios.
- Support the quarterly reforecasting process and track monthly variances in key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities.
- Conduct annual property valuations, consolidating data for both domestic and international portfolios.
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with market conditions.
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to coordinate reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate data for management and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports that summarize portfolio performance, financial variances, and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with real estate or property investment markets, particularly industrial properties.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
