Archipelago International is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales process, managing sales administration tasks, and supporting the Director of Business Development in achieving the company's growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations and be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry. They will develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers, and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our PMS software.

We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers.
  • Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our PMS software.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of hotel operations and property management systems, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
