**Key Account Manager**:
**Key Account Manager - Your next position?**

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines

In this role, you will be based in Jakarta and directly reports to the Senior Account Manager.

**In this position you will**:

- Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
- Cultivate customer relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
- Develop, communicate and implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts, with clear KPIs
- Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans
- Defend base business in key markets and with key customers
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, etc. For key accounts

**Your professional profile includes**:

- University degree with 4-6 years successful sales, marketing or customer relationship experience in food or related industry
- Thorough knowledge of customers and competition
- Understanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offerings
- Possesses thorough understanding of profitability goals for key accounts
- Can effectively execute all account management steps in the brief handling process; understands how to manage scale-ups
- Can effectively generate new business by identifying unmet customer needs
- Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
