- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- **Lead the recruitment process**from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in only **top-tier talent**.
- **Collaborate with team leads**to understand hiring needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
- **Screen, interview, and assess**applicants based on skills and cultural fit.
- **Conduct background checks**and verify references to ensure quality hires.
- **Oversee onboarding**to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
- **HR Operations**:

- Act as the **primary contact**for HR-related inquiries, resolving employee concerns effectively.
- **Enhance employer branding**and engagement strategies to attract **top talent**.
- **Maintain and update**employee records and HR databases.
- Strengthen **company culture**, ensuring high job satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in managing **payroll, benefits,**and **employee incentives**.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **2+ years**of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of **recruitment strategies**, **interview techniques**, and hiring processes.
- Ability to read and **interpret**psychological and competency assessments to support hiring decisions. (e.g.: psikotest, IQ tests, MBTI, or DiSC)
- Ability to assess **technical and soft skills effectively**during the hiring process.
- **Excellent communication skills**to engage and attract top talent.
- Ability to **work independently**and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Detail-oriented**with strong organizational skills.
- Passion for building and maintaining a positive company culture.
- Experience in a digital agency, IT company, or tech-related environment is a plus.
