Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Experience working in an international school environment is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
  • Proven experience managing VISA/KITAS and expatriate documentation (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, EPO, extensions).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, immigration regulations, and HR compliance.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in education consulting, EdTech, or international service industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, organizational structure, and job descriptions in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
  • Handle HR administration such as employee attendance, payroll data preparation, leave management, and BPJS (health & employment) administration.
  • Lead end-to-end VISA/KITAS processes for expatriates, including VISA, RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, EPO, and permit extensions, ensuring timely compliance with Indonesian regulations.
  • Coordinate with immigration offices, the Ministry of Manpower, and external legal consultants regarding expatriate documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and complete personnel and immigration records, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Support recruitment activities by sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline for various roles.
  • Provide guidance to expatriates regarding local regulations, work rules, company policies, and cultural adaptation.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict handling, counseling, and employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Support office operations, assist management in workforce planning, and prepare periodic HR and compliance reports.
