At ZipHR you will be engaging with corporate decision makers to digitally transform the way they manage their people through our HR products and services. You must be a deal strategist, continually refining your craft of how to most effectively source, engage and close contracts.

Earn over **IDR 20,000,000** monthly by **meeting your minimum target** and much more beyond that.
- Engage with leads generated via our digital marketing campaigns
- Grow your own leads through networking and partnerships
- Understand the client’s key issues and provide strategic solutions through ZipHR
- Work closely with the customer support team to brainstorm complex situations and best approach
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close
- Build long-term relationships to retain clients and upsell them our broad suite of ZipHR features

**Requirements**:

- Must be a quick-thinker and fast-learner, with strategic mindset to execute the optimal strategy to close deals
- Ability to understand complex client issues, with a high command of our products to deliver the best solution
- Focused on client speed and scale, strong sense of a high potential leads versus those just wasting your time
- Hunger to quickly develop your skills and achieve financial success
- Holds a bachelor's degree in any major
