As head of growth, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that help us maximize user’s lifetime value. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO of Kredivo business.

This role requires you to perform dual responsibilities:

- Drive initiatives that maximize key monetization metrics of Kredivo users
- Program management of key demand-side initiatives partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales & Business Development teams

Specifically, this role requires you to do the following
- Tracking and optimization of key user LTV metrics
- Retention, engagement and spends
- Leading execution of key levers that drive user LTV, namely promos, CRM and loyalty programs
- Running a PMO for demand-side cross-functional projects with close collaboration with the respective functional heads
- Taking end-to-end ownership of new projects
- Building the GTM of new projects and ensuring the best possible outcomes from initiation to execution
- Ensuring that each function has adequate tracking and feedback mechanisms to ensure optimal performance and drive desired business outcomes

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of work experience in a client-facing consulting role preferably at a project manager level or prior experience in heading the growth function for a new age technology business (ecommerce sector/ ride hailing/ travel/ fintech) preferably
- Nimble thinker - both analytically and laterally
- Self-starter, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A personality very focused on getting things done, in 50% of the time as most others, at 90%+ quality as the best.
- Must be Jakarta based
