**The opportunity
**To Drive Agency Business - General Agency

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Agency Team Leader to have an Entrepreneur and Ownership mindset
- To grow the size of GA (General Agency Business) business
- To Engage and Align with GA Owners and Key leaders to have the same vision and ambition to make the GA grow even more
- Drive Agency Sales Target (APE)
- Drive Agency Activity (AA, NRA)
- Drive Increment of Manpower (NR) through Creative Recruitment Activities (BOS, NEXT, etc) and maintain Agent validation
- Drive Development Team Agency (Evaluation, Training, anty contest presentation, Compensation Class, etc )
- Develop Core Agents ( Increase MDRT Member)
- Collaboration with GA Owners to drive Agency Initiatives
- Maintain and Develop Quality business (Lapsed ratio, Welcome call, etc)
- Measuring and Reporting by giving regularly update to GA Owners, Leaders, and agents
- Help our Agency in any related to Operation and IT (NB, POS, Bill coll, Claim, MiPOS, etc), and also related to the compensation, moreover become Agency Liaison officer to the Management or other departments
- Personal Development (Mastery Agency Compensation, Career, Reward, and Product)

- Experiences in managing Agency business as Agency Business Development or Trainers in other Insurance especialy JV Company
- An active personality who can drive the agency culture
