Strategic Business Development Senior Manager

We are seeking a
Senior Manager of Strategic & Business Development
who will work closely with the CEO in formulating corporate strategy and driving various strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for conducting feasibility studies, financial analysis, market research, benchmarking, and preparing business projections for both existing projects and upcoming new projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree is a plus) and overseas graduate is preferred
- Experience in gold mining companies, large corporations, big conglomerates, or top consulting firms
- Mandarin speaker – Mandatory
- Experience in Project Management, Feasibility Studies, and Financial Analysis (IRR, ROI/ROE, NPV, valuation, sensitivity analysis)
- Ability to develop robust financial models and detailed, accurate business projections
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce strategic insights
- Ability to interact and work directly with the CEO and top-level stakeholders
- Adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable in a dynamic, results-oriented workplace
