Business Development Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap and franchise business roadmap to support overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing & product.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-impact partners, ensuring consistent engagement, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Optimize existing partnerships and proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or franchise business development.
- Proven track record of securing and expanding revenue-generating partnerships in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with an analytical and strategic mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Established network within franchise and enterprise communities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
