**Available Positions**:

- IT Helpdesk / IT Infrastructure Support

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Japanese language. JLPT N3 and above
- Has minimum 1 year of experienced in IT related work
- Experienced in IT Helpdesk / PC helpdesk, troubleshoot, maintenance, customer support operator (i.e. Network settings, VPN, PC troubleshoot, surveillance)
- Understand concept of IT infrastructure for office automation equipment and solutions
- Proficiency in English
- Educational background in Diploma, Undergraduate, or above. Preferred in IT major
- Willing to work in Japan
