Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, providing personalized customer service, identifying and generating leads, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and working closely with internal teams to meet client requirements and objectives. The role also involves achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying sales opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and efficiency
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with IT industry products and services
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
