Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including setting project goals and objectives, developing project plans, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders
  • Manage project budget and resources, ensuring that all project activities are carried out within the allocated budget and resources
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones and deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the infrastructure design and implementation meets the technical requirements
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, reports, and other project-related documents
  • Manage project team members, providing guidance and support as needed, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and improve future projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, ITIL, or PRINCE2
  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, and project management methodologies
  • Familiar with Cloud Azure, IT systems, Red Hat, software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects across various disciplines (e.g., Cloud migration, Datacenter Services, networks, telecommunications, storage)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected challenges
  • English is a must
