As we continue to expand our innovative projects, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-value projects for our diverse clientele. This senior role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology, geospatial, or cloud solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing multifaceted projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-level projects, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and report progress to all stakeholders.

Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and meet client expectations.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project management staff and project team members.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in project management, with a significant portion in the technology sector.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Strong understanding of and experience with geospatial technologies, location intelligence, and/or cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Google Maps Platform is highly desirable).

Demonstrable experience in managing the full project lifecycle for complex software development or data analytics projects.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and project plans.
