- Act as a
Scrum Master
, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective) - Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; proactively develop mitigation plans
- Monitor project progress using Agile tools and metrics (burndown charts, velocity, sprint reports)
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software, or digital projects - Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
or equivalent Scrum/Agile certification - Strong understanding of
Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies - Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Azure DevOps)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
