Performance Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced performance marketing lead to join our team. You will help us use web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness. If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be creative and comfortable working with a team. Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our brand with our online customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing digital performance data set and weekly documentation.
- Create, maintain, monitor and optimize performance marketing campaign on our digital channels (Google ads)
- Assist to manage digital budget and ensure we are allocating spend optimally across digital channels and marketing funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Execute marketing campaign on our digital channels.
- Identify new opportunities channels or campaign for top line growth.
- Generate new ideas and initiatives for new digital campaign.
- Identify optimization opportunities using data.
- Build and architect the best way campaign structure together with the digital team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a performance marketing strategist
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Experiences in managing and optimizing paid channels.
- Experience running in house campaign.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
