  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, with a proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns and achieving key performance targets such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and Conversion Rate.
  • Strong expertise and in-depth understanding of multiple digital marketing channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, particularly within the digital marketing context — able to read, interpret, and develop strategies based on campaign performance analytics.
  • Experienced in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Data Studio/Looker, and other platforms.
  • Proficient in executing A/B testing, budget optimization, audience segmentation, and campaign scaling to drive conversions and purchase transactions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage and guide the Performance team, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Data Analysts.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cakung, East Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive business growth and align with Hapihome's environmental mission.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven reporting.

    Use insights from data to make informed decisions that improve ROAS and marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content, brand, and product teams to ensure all campaign messaging aligns with sustainability values.
  • Craft campaign narratives that not only convert but also educate audiences on the importance of eco-conscious living.
  • Lead and grow the performance marketing team, including mentoring and skills development.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between digital marketing strategies and the company's long-term goals and environmental impact.
  • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in performance marketing and sustainable marketing practices.
