**ROLES ‍‍**:

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and increasing retention
- Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations
- Motivate and coach the commercial team to achieve their goals
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals

**SOUND LIKE YOU?**:

- 5+ years of Saas Sales experience and highly preferable if held similar positions previously (ie. Head/VP of Sales, Country Lead/ Manager etc.)
- Successfully built and managed a business development/ sales team
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive 360 sales conversion and retention of clients
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
We are looking for someone who has experience managing and building a successful team of Business Development and Customer Success Individuals. Able to work on a high level of intensity and hyper focused on delivering the best experience and results to our clients. You will be responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and new client acquisition. This role is for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
