What you will do:
**B2B2C**
- Build and manage the countrys commercial activities, business development,
- partnerships, account management, marketing and sales operations
- Lead end-to-end key partnerships: opportunity identification, deal structuring,
- negotiation and implementation, with significant autonomy covering Igloos
- products and services
- Build relationships and engage with senior leadership both internally and externally
- with strategic partners to drive key agenda and initiatives
- Own the country P&L and regularly drive commercial optimization
- With growth as the primary KPI, build strategy plans to scale in the short, mid and
- long and execute accordingly
- Identify key challenges and opportunities to improve how we engage and serve our
- key partners, and actively help with problem solving in order to execute actionable
- plans
- Lead a team of talented members and act as a source of advice to drive the
- commercial strategy and planning for key partners
- Work as an integral member of the senior management team and represent a
- country perspective to guide the commercial and product strategy
- Represent and become an ambassador for Igloos value proposition in press, tech
- forums and other platforms

**B2C**
- Lead and manage internal teams (product & tech, legal, marketing, commercial,
- operations, insurance, data) to drive overall growth strategy and execution of
- initiatives to drive revenue, profitability, and growth for consumer vertical
- Ensure optimal mix across insurance products and services, partnerships and
- product features to provide a compelling and unique consumer proposition
- Work with internal and external stakeholders towards discovering value and
- providing great service quality
- Manage P&L of the vertical, and play a significant role in mid to long-term planning
- and possible expansion to other markets
- Identify and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure
- compliance across legal, customer service standards
- Be the source of country intelligence in terms of consumption trends that would
- enable Igloo to create the right portfolio of products and services
- Present Igloos value proposition in press, tech forums and other platforms

**What will you need**:

- Entrepreneurship mindset, Strategic analysis skills, negotiation skills, Business acumen, Good communicator, Leadership skills, experienced in managing numbers of people, experienced in e-commerce/digital industry, business development, sales management
- 10 Plus years experience
- Leadership Development Program training certificate, Wide networks, experienced in managing numbers of people
- Able to communicate on any stakeholders and cross division, Lead by example, Data driven for decision making, Willing to go extra miles to support teamHigh integrity,
