Our client is one the leading agro -food group business founded in the 1970s from Europe.  Through its various umbrella of brands, it offers high -end raw materials, semi -processed and finished products across all channels, with major categories being Chocolate and Chocolate Compounds, UHT Vegetable Creams, and Margarine. As part of the market expansion plan in APAC, you will be the sole Country Manager leading the country market growth reporting directly to the Asst Manager, International Sales. Responsibilities:• Being in close coordination with Sales Department and Local Partner, coordinate the sales team• Organization and participation in Demo Events and Exhibitions• Business Development of new customers (horeca, food service, coffee and tea chains)• Support local partner in the enlargement of business and provide support to local sales• Build a sales strategy in collaboration with Sales Department• Facilitate communication between Headquarter, Local partner and customer needs• Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, finance and customer service RequirementsRequirements:• Knowledge of pastry/food service/food ingredients business is compulsory. • Strong network in the HORECA channel and local distributors network for food ingredients• 8+ years of relevant commercial work experience required for this role.• Self -motivated, able to work independently and a team player in fast -paced environments.• Meticulous and well -organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.• Availability to travel around 60% of work time
