**POSITION PURPOSE**

The Country Product Development Lead - Indonesia will be responsible to lead product development (PD) activities in Indonesia to support the commercialization of UPL’s crop protection and natural plant protection (NPP) portfolios. Ensure alignment with local market needs, regulatory frameworks, and UPL’s strategic goals of sustainable agriculture and innovation. As part of Indonesia Country Leadership Team, this role will also be responsible to provide leadership to PD team in Indonesia by promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Define and implement product development plans for crop protection and NPP products (bio-solutions, bio-stimulants, bio-control).
- Align development strategies with commercial, regulatory, and marketing teams.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging agronomic trends.
- Ensure trials follow GLP/GEP standards and generate robust data to support registration and market positioning.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams for successful product launches.
- Provide technical support and training to commercial teams and key customers.
- Build partnerships with universities, research institutions, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and government agencies.
- Represent UPL Indonesia in industry forums and technical committees as needed.
- Lead and develop the PD team in Indonesia.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
