Your Role

As Country Product Manager, you will lead a dynamic team and be responsible for driving EF's mission in Indonesia. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy

Analyze your teams, sales landscape, market trends, customers, and competitors.

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Contribute to product development tailored to your market.

Sales

Drive your team to meet short- and long-term sales targets in the Indonesia market.

Monitor current sales trends and anticipate future opportunities.

Oversee daily sales operations and act as a role model.

Staff Management

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

Set individual and team goals, motivate your staff, and manage performance reviews.

Identify talent needs and lead successful recruitment campaigns.

Develop future leaders within your team.

Marketing & Operations

Identify key customer segments within Indonesia aligned with EF's global portfolio.

Develop marketing strategies to boost awareness and engagement.

Build and maintain relationships with schools and universities.

Drive local lead generation and support marketing collateral creation and distribution.

Manage budgets, expenses, and administrative tasks such as invoicing and visa processing.

About You

You are a proactive entrepreneur who takes ownership of ideas and runs with them. You find creative solutions when challenges arise, and you maintain a sense of humor and positivity. You trust your instincts and are passionate about what you do. You lead by example, aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves, and thrive on collaborating with a talented team.

Requirements

University degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields)

7+ years of experience, ideally in sales and marketing within a B2C environment

Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of ownership

Proven leadership skills managing teams successfully

Energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated

Strong business acumen and commercial instincts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Established network in Indonesia

Experience studying or living abroad, ideally European or Indonesian background
