Job Summary

We are looking for an entrepreneurial
Country Manager (Indonesia)
to spearhead market entry, business development, and full P&L ownership. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in building new businesses from the ground up.

1. Market Entry & Business Development

  • Lead Indonesia market launch, including strategy, legal setup, regulatory compliance, and go-to-market execution.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities in POS, payment gateway, and merchant technology ecosystems.
  • Develop strong partnerships with local banks, fintech players, regulators, and merchant networks.
  • Localize EPOS Group's products and services to fit Indonesia's business environment and customer needs.

2. P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth

  • Full accountability for the Indonesia business P&L, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability targets.
  • Design and implement commercial strategies to acquire and retain merchants and enterprise clients.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between regional marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure market success.
  • Oversee merchant engagement programs — improving satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Establish strong reporting and performance measurement processes to track ROI and operational efficiency.

3. Leadership & Culture Building

  • Act as the cultural ambassador of EPOS Group in Indonesia, instilling our core values of innovation, accountability, and partnership.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that balances high performance with employee engagement.
  • Build local leadership succession and coach high-potential team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience
    in fintech, payments, POS, or digital business, including
    market entry or expansion leadership

  • Proven success in
    P&L management

    strategic partnerships
    .
  • Strong network within Indonesia's fintech and SME ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to execute in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.
