Country Manager – Indonesia

This is a Sales Agent posi on, contract will be issued under MMD Singapore.

We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Country Manager to lead our opera ons

in Indonesia. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the local

market, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to drive growth, build high-performing

teams, and manage complex stakeholder rela onships.

Key Responsibili es:


• Develop and execute the country-level business strategy aligned with regional and

global objec ves.


• Lead and inspire cross-func onal teams including sales, marke ng, opera ons, and

finance.


• Build and maintain strong rela onships with key customers, government bodies, and

strategic partners.


• Iden fy and pursue new business opportuni es to expand market presence and

revenue.


• Oversee P&L, budge ng, forecas ng, and ensure financial targets are met.


• Ensure compliance with local laws, regula ons, and corporate governance standards.


• Represent the company in public forums, industry events, and media engagements.

Job Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field


• Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a country or

general management role.


• Strong track record of driving business growth and managing large teams in

Indonesia.


• Deep understanding of Indonesia's economic, regulatory, and cultural landscape.


• Excellent leadership, communica on, and stakeholder management skills.


• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and wri2en. (to effec vely

communicate with regional stakeholders and support cross-border collabora on)


• Willingness to travel domes cally and interna onally as needed.
