We are seeking a Head of Sales whose primary responsibility is driving sales efforts to and monitoring performance of the team.

Your role requires you to be data-driven that requires a commercial acumen and deep understanding of the F&B Industry-saas platform base software. You will be required to understand the competitive market and have the ability to analyse sales performance of your team.

You will be responsible for having overall knowledge of all human resource functions.

We want you:

- Passion in people development and able to drive sales training within the department.
- Work closely with the product and cx team to increase maximum product efficiencies and productivity and other related sales and customer service adoptions.
- Able to come out with ROI, productivity and present of sales-force achieving sales target.
- Able to drive initiatives and support the team in your own contribution
- Work with other departments in curating and supervising unique business acquisition campaigns on a quarterly basis.
- At least 8 years of sales or business development experience with a min 3 years people management experience.
- Proven track record of sales experience in the F&B Industry/saas platform company.
