Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As the Head of Sales for IT Services & Products, you will play a pivotal role in leading sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, leading and mentoring the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients.

- Proven Team Management and leadership skills
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and market trends
- Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies in the IT services and product industry
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Experience in the IT sector or a similar technology-driven industry is an advantage
