With over 20 years of experience in the Commodity Futures Trading industry, SGB is a member of PT. Bursa Berjangka Jakarta (BBJ) and PT. Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero).

Currently, PT. Solid Gold Berjangka Jakarta (Head Office) transaction services continue to grow, with a total of three operational offices spread across Jakarta, Semarang, and Makassar.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Operator, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, identifying potential leads, presenting and promoting company products or services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The role requires working closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Contact, and Client Prospecting skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is an advantage
